Bristol Palin Reality Show: Pulled From Prime Time, Replaced By Dance Moms Re-Runs!

Bristol Palin: Life's a Tripp is so unpopular, it can't even beat a RERUN of Dance Moms on Lifetime. So it's been pushed to 11 p.m., according to reports.

Lifetime will now be airing a new Dance Moms episode at 9 p.m. Tuesdays, followed by a repeat at 10 p.m. in Bristol's old slot, then Palin afterward.

The season premiere of Bristol Palin: Life's a Tripp aired June 19 to abysmal ratings and worse reception from critics. It may be the worst show ever.

Bristol Palin Book Signing

It eked out a total audience of 726,000 viewers, many of whom probably hated it pretty bad, and a meager 0.2 rating in the key 18-49 demographic.

The show follows the daughter of former Republican vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin as she lives in an L.A. mansion and volunteers for charity.

Bristol Palin also rides a mechanical bull and so forth.

She brings along little Tripp, of course, her son by Levi Johnston, who turned down money to appear on the show because it's too bad for even him.

What's more, Kyle Massey, Bristol's former friend and DWTS co-star, is suing Lifetime claiming he created the idea and was screwed out of the project.

You might not want to claim credit for this debacle, K.

ASUS' Cedar Trail-loaded EeeBox EB1030 nettop keeps your desk clean, thumbs green

ASUS' Cedar Trail-loaded EeeBox EB1030 nettop keeps your desk clean, thumbs green

We've seen a fair share of space-saving nettops pass through our very own crowded halls, so what's one more to add to the list? Especially when it's one being flaunted as the most eco-friendly, energy-efficient PC. That's exactly what ASUS thinks of its EeeBox EB1030, which aside from sporting a relatively minimalist design (as is usually the case with nettops), it's also boasting Intel's latest batch of Cedar Trail CPUs. To go along with those Atom processors (1.86GHz), ASUS is making this mini machine as configurable as it could get, giving users the option to load it with up to 4GB of RAM and a 500GB hard drive combined with 32GB of SSD goodness. Ports-wise the unit's pretty standard, offering options such as an HDMI, VGA, microphone, audio jack, card reader and four USB two-dot-ohs. Of course, the amount of cash you'll have to shell out will depend on the setup of choice, with pricing set to start at €296, or around $370 in American dollars.

Pakistan's Fazlullah re-emerges as a security threat

ISLAMABAD/PESHAWAR (Reuters) - Shortly after sneaking across the Afghan border this week, more than 100 militants loyal to Pakistani Taliban leader Fazlullah waited patiently on a mountain for Pakistani troops to approach.

Several days later, the fighters released a video of what they said were the heads of 17 ambushed soldiers, along with their identification cards.

Laid across a white sheet, they were a chilling reminder of the major security threat the man once known as FM Mullah still poses to U.S. ally Pakistan, three years after the army pushed him out of the Swat Valley, a former tourist spot he terrorized.

"He is a very big problem for Pakistan," said a Western diplomat.

During his heyday, Fazlullah, who like many senior Taliban members is known as a mullah, or preacher, organized thousands of fighters who roamed picturesque Swat, imposing his radical version of Islam.

Opponents, and those deemed immoral, were publicly flogged, or even beheaded and hung in squares and at intersections. Girls' schools and government buildings were burned down.

Nowadays, Fazlullah's men control a 20-km (12-mile) stretch of the rugged and largely unpatrolled border with Pakistan from areas in Afghanistan's forbidding Nuristan province, described by nearby U.S. troops as "the dark side of the moon".

From there, Fazlullah, a burly man in his thirties with a heavy black beard, plots cross-border raids that don't kill many soldiers but agitate Pakistan's military, which thought it had defeated him during a Swat offensive in 2009.

His activities in the border area, described by U.S. President Barack Obama as the world's most dangerous place, could complicate efforts to stabilize the region before most foreign combat troops leave Afghanistan by the end of 2014.

BIG AMBITIONS

Fazlullah is a distraction for Pakistan's military, which is also fighting Hakimullah Mehsud, the leader of the Pakistan Taliban umbrella group blamed for many of the suicide bombings across the South Asian country.

Sirajuddin Ahmad, Fazlullah's spokesman and cousin, said the group's aim was to recapture Swat, and take control of Pakistan.

"The establishment of sharia (Islamic law) is our goal, and we will not rest until we achieve it. We will fight whoever stands in our way," he told Reuters by telephone from an undisclosed location in Afghanistan.

Fazlullah has slowly rebuilt his militia by securing shelter and support from Afghan militants in an area where groups form loose alliances against the United States, Afghanistan and Pakistan.

"He is extremely dangerous," said a Pakistani security official. "Fazlullah has 150 men, rocket-propelled grenades and light machine guns. You just need a small amount of men to carry out effective operations. This is a big number."

Fazlullah, once known for fiery radio sermons, was the first Taliban leader that took control of an area in Pakistan outside the unruly ethnic Pashtun tribal belt along the Afghan border.

There are no signs that he will be able to penetrate deep inside towns or cities. His men usually arrive in a big wave, attack and retreat back into Afghanistan.

But his operations have prompted Pakistan's military - one of the world's largest - to repeatedly urge the Afghan government and NATO forces to go after the militant leader.

On Monday, Pakistan protested to NATO and the Afghan military, accusing them of failing to act against militant havens in Afghanistan after the cross-border attack in which the Pakistani soldiers were killed.

Nuristan police chief Ghulamullah Nooristani says there are no signs that anyone intends to eliminate Fazlullah, even though he was creating havoc for people there, charging illegal taxes, stealing supplies from trucks and sometimes killing drivers.

"We can't attack them because they are armed with light and heavy weapons which are much better than ours," he said. "If we get support from the central government or coalition forces we will be able to destroy their strongholds."

Fazlullah's fighters usually slip across the border into Pakistan at night and take positions on high ground.

"We have patrols and vehicles moving in the area to guard the border, so they wait and try to ambush them," said a Pakistani intelligence official.

Intelligence officials say Fazlullah's men operate in the Afghan provinces of Nuristan and Kunar, and enjoy the support of hundreds of militants there.

Support goes both ways when it comes to fighting the U.S.-backed governments in Afghanistan and Pakistan.

Some militants have long-standing bonds.

"Many of us know each other from before, as we studied in the same madrassas (religious seminaries)," said a commander of a militant group in Kunar.

"When we need to conduct an operation in Afghanistan, we request help and they give us fighters. When they need to conduct an operation, we provide them with assistance as well."

Few experts expect Fazlullah to make the kind of gains he seems determined to achieve. But he is making a big impact.

"Their aim is to carry out these cross-border attacks which don't just take a toll in terms of casualties, but also have a psychological impact," said Mansur Mehsud, a director at the FATA Research Centre, an independent think tank in Islamabad.

"They reinforce the fear of the Taliban in the local population there. The people that help the government and the army would be very worried because of this, fearing revenge."

What Email Marketers Need To Deal With | Start Home Business

Posted on June 28th, 2012 by editor in Home Business

Most people do not have any concept about what is feasible with email marketers, and we really are talking about the range of effects.

Every internet marketer ought to know that starting an email list through which they can sell their product or service is just about the most important thing he or she can do for him(or her)self. Subscriber lists are harped on more than any other issue in the online marketing world. Knowing that you need a list is one issue but knowing how to effectively use that list is something else entirely. How can you make certain that the email marketing you do is actually successful? We chose to do a little checking and these are the issues you are most likely going to need to learn how to deal with as you make your way in the field of email marketing.

Be ready to have your emails sorted. Today most email and Internet Service Providers and email clients provide some pretty sophisticated methods for sorting inbound emails. Don?t ever assume that the emails you send will automatically be delivered to one main email address where a person is going to have to deal with it in some form or fashion. Nowadays your email could be shuffled automatically into a folder where it gets deleted or ignored by the recipient. Work really hard to help ensure that your recipients will actually want to look at your email. Pay attention to trends, content, etc.

We hope that what you will have read in the article in regard to problems email marketers face, and likewise also the particular details to do with Internet business, is of use for your requirements. Please do keep reading some more for added info to do with these subjects.

Social, local and mobile are the most important. You?ll be more successful if you can clearly show your email recipients that by supporting you, they are supporting local businesses also. Mobile and social media are where online marketing is beginning to move. Your email must keep up with that. This suggests that you have to include things that prove you identify with your recipients socially, that you would like to keep in touch with them while they are on the go and that you understand how they live locally. This probably sounds rather corny, but your recipients just want to feel like people, not numbers. This is the one best way to make this happen.

Try to do what you can to combine your list with both your own social media accounts and also the social media accounts of your recipients. The days that you could obtain email addresses simply through a central website have ended. You should have a way for people who view your social media profiles (Facebook, Twitter, etc) to sign up for your list also. If there?s a way to send your emails out to individuals through social networks, like to Facebook inboxes, etc?you have to do this. This will help you reach out to a lot of people that you might not have ever been able to reach out to previously.

As things continue to keep moving forward the issues you?ll face as an email marketer will get progressively more complex. It was not such a long time ago that you just need to be sure that people liked your subject line to know that they will open your email. Now you must try to focus on everything from your content structure to just how your emails might potentially be sorted in a person?s inbox. Additionally, it is crucial to cater as much as possible to your recipients. If you?re new, finding out how to go about things can be very tricky. The good news is that you could use these hints to get a great start.

(AP) ? Fire crews fought to save the U.S. Air Force Academy and residents begged for information on the fate of their homes Wednesday after a night of terror sent thousands of people fleeing a raging Colorado Springs wildfire.

More than 30,000 have been displaced by the fire, including thousands who frantically packed up belongings Tuesday night after it barreled into neighborhoods in the foothills west and north of Colorado's second-largest city. With flames looming overhead, they clogged roads shrouded in smoke and flying embers, their fear punctuated by explosions of bright orange flame that signaled yet another house had been claimed.

"The sky was red, the wind was blowing really fast and there were embers falling from the sky," said Simone Covey, a 26-year-old mother of three who fled an apartment near Garden of the Gods park and was staying at a shelter. "I didn't really have time to think about it. I was just trying to keep my kids calm."

Wilma Juachon sat under a tree at an evacuation center, wearing a mask to block the smoke. A tourist from California, she was evacuated from a fire near Rocky Mountain National Park last week and, now, from her Colorado Springs hotel.

"I said I hope it never happens again, and guess what?" Juachon said.

Shifting winds challenged firefighters trying to contain the 29-square-mile Waldo Canyon blaze and extinguish hot spots inside the city's western suburbs. Winds were calmer Wednesday night.

Some 3,000 more people were evacuated to the west of the fire, Teller County authorities said Wednesday, and Teller County courts were closed through Thursday.

Meanwhile, the White House said President Barack Obama will tour fire-stricken areas of Colorado on Friday and thank firefighters battling some of the worst fires to hit the American West in decades.

Colorado Springs Police Chief Peter Carey said Obama's visit to Colorado, considered a key battleground state in the presidential election, would not tax the city's already-strained police force. Gov. John Hickenlooper said he expected the president might sign a disaster declaration that would allow for more federal aid.

The full scope of the fire remained unknown. So intense were the flames and so thick the smoke that rescue workers weren't able to tell residents which structures were destroyed and which ones were still standing. Steve Cox, a spokesman for Mayor Steve Bach, reported that at least dozens of homes had been consumed.

Indeed, authorities were too busy Wednesday struggling to save homes in near-zero visibility to count how many had been destroyed in what is the latest test for a drought-parched and tinder-dry state. Crews also were battling a deadly and destructive wildfire in northern Colorado and another that flared Tuesday night near Boulder.

Carey said officials had no plans to release the numbers of homes destroyed ? insisting residents have a right to be told first, in private.

FBI spokesman Dave Joly said federal investigators are working closely with local and state law enforcement to determine if any of Colorado's fires were deliberately set or resulted from criminal activity. He did not elaborate.

Colorado Springs Fire Chief Rich Brown said his personnel heroically saved many homes in the midst of the firestorm. The strategy: protecting houses adjacent to those in flames to prevent a domino effect and then racing to the next suburban hot spot, a technique he called "triage." Federal firefighters worked with U.S. Army bulldozer crews from nearby Fort Carson to create perimeter lines.

The Waldo Canyon Fire burned about 10 acres along the southwest boundary of the Air Force Academy campus. No injuries or damage to structures ? including the iconic Cadet Chapel ? were reported.

Academy officials were relocating about 550 cadets off academy grounds late Wednesday. About 200 cadets in summer academics were being moved to the University of Colorado-Colorado Springs, and 350 others in airmanship and other training programs were released to local sponsor families, the school said. The cadet area isn't immediately threatened, and an incoming class of more than 1,000 is still scheduled to arrive Thursday.

Fort Carson had 121 soldiers building firebreaks around parts of the academy, aided by equipment including 10 heavy bulldozers, four excavators, 13 military transportation and support vehicles, and one commercial road grader, Army officials said.

The Red Cross struggled to accommodate victims at its shelters, with space enough for perhaps 2,500 people. Most evacuees were staying with family and friends.

Colorado wasn't the only state affected by fire, as several burned throughout the parched West.

Tom Harbour, director of fire and aviation management for the U.S. Forest Service, said that with several fires burning, there is competition for firefighting resources, but "we're still at a point where we've got lots of available assets to mix and match on individual incidents."

Harbour said there's a difference between what incident commanders want and what they need to fight a fire effectively. And despite some criticism, he said the agency has been working to get equipment where it's needed most. Four military C-130 tankers, which can each carry up to 3,000 gallons of water, are positioned to cover the blazes burning near Colorado Springs and Fort Collins, as well as the entire Front Range if another fire were to break out, he said. At total of 18 air tankers were assigned to wildfires across the region.

Overall, there have been fewer fires and less acreage burned for the first six months of the year than for the same period in the previous six years. Some states are seeing fires earlier this year, but Harbour said resources are far from being exhausted.

"With over 10,000 firefighters in the Forest Service and the ability to get over 700 aircraft of all types, we're feeling cautiously confident when you look at the season as a whole," Harbour said.

Among the fires elsewhere in the West:

? A central Utah wildfire has destroyed at least 56 structures, mainly homes, and continues to burn with little containment, authorities said Wednesday. Officials expected the damage estimate to rise considerably as they continue their assessment of the fire-ravaged area between Fountain Green and Fairview and north across the Utah County line. Authorities were about halfway through their damage assessment of a fire that has burned about 72 square miles. Officials returned to an evacuated area and found a woman dead Tuesday.

? Wildfires that have torched more than 200 square miles and burned dozens of homes in southeastern Montana spread farther Wednesday, with additional evacuations ordered after a blaze south of Roundup jumped a perimeter line built by firefighters. The growing Dahl fire, which has burned more than 60 homes by one estimate, forced an unknown number of residents to leave their homes near its southern flank, on top of an estimated 600 people evacuated the day before.

"That's one of the most dangerous fires in the history of Montana," Gov. Brian Schweitzer said.

? A wildfire in the Bridger-Teton National Forest has grown from about 2,000 acres to 12,000 acres, or nearly 19 square miles, officials said Wednesday. Authorities worked to get campers out of the area.

Google's Project Glass gets some more details

Google Glass

Google's Project Glass has been one of the most anticipated and hyped projects to come out of Google in quite some time. After a rather epic demo the company finally gave us a slightly deeper look at the wearable computer of our (supposed) future. Inside is the usual set of components you'd expect inside any mobile phone. There's a "powerful" CPU and "lots" of RAM (though, there was no mention of specifics) alongside an accelerometer, gyroscope and wireless radios for pulling in data. There's a mic for voice commands, a speaker and a camera, which can also be controlled by the touchpad that lines the side of the wearable device. All of those components sit off to one side, though Google says they're still well balanced and actually lighter than some pairs of sunglasses. The tiny transparent display doesn't actually sit directly in front of your eye. It's slightly above your line of vision, so that it shouldn't interfere with your normal life.

Sergey Brin had three different prototypes on stage -- a light blue pair, a white pair and a black pair -- indicating that personalization and style were a concern. And that's a good thing since Glass is meant to be worn in public. Ultimately Google hopes that the project will be the next step in its quest to make information quickly and universally accessible. The ability to capture images from the first person perspective seems to be key to the device. In a new demo video, a new mother waxes about how hard it is to capture those perfect moments with her child. She "smiles at faces not devices" which makes sticking a D5 in the baby's face a bad idea.

If you're impatient and lucky enough to have been at IO (and live in the US), you can actually pre-order an Explorer Edition of the wearable computer for $1,500. The dev focused units will be shipping early next year. But, be warned, this is not a mass consumer item and will likely be more than a little rough around the edges.

Check out our full coverage of Google I/O 2012's opening keynote at our event hub!

Honorary doctorate recipients address Class of 2012 - NOW ...

Distinguished speakers encourage grads to give their all and to give back

This spring, Concordia handed out 5,000 graduate and undergraduate degrees to the Class of 2012. The university also awarded eight honorary doctorates to a variety of outstanding individuals. After receiving their degrees, the honourees addressed the graduates seated before them. They provided insightful lessons and encouragement for the throngs preparing to take the next important step in their lives.

Craig and Marc Kielburger

The first to receive their honorary degrees were brothers Craig and Marc Kielburger, renowned social activists, and founders of the international charity Free the Children and related social enterprise Me to We. The two brothers have received numerous accolades for their tireless campaigns to educate and empower children around the world.

From left to right: Marc Kielburger, Concordia Chancellor L. Jacques M?nard and Craig Kielburger.

Craig spoke on behalf of himself and his brother. He implored Concordia?s arts and science graduating class to think not only about how they will benefit from their post-secondary education but also how it will allow them to help others.

Success, he said, is much more than the title on your business card, or the amount of money in your savings account. One of the most important aspects of success is ?how you choose to become engaged in community service and volunteerism.?

Kielburger congratulated the graduates on all they have accomplished. ?But most important, I congratulate you on all that you will do; those small acts of great love that truly change the world.?

George Springate

George Springate, Canada?s senior citizenship judge, former member of the Quebec national assembly and former spokesperson for the Montreal Police Service, was awarded an honorary doctorate during the convocation ceremony for the Faculty of Arts and Science.

?Not only Montreal, Quebec and Canada need you, but the world needs you,? he told the newly minted graduates. ?And you may be asking yourselves ? are we ready? You?re damn right you?re ready. Can you do what you?re supposed to do? You?re damn right you can.?

Honorary doctorate recipient George Springate receives a standing ovation following his address to graduates from the Faculty of Arts and Science.

The gruff but amiable former football player with the Montreal Alouettes, who has a Grey Cup ring from 1970, explained that the graduates all possess the five most important traits for succeeding and becoming a valued member of society: the ability to make sacrifices, determination, pride, the ability to work within a team, and, last but not least, discipline.

Before congratulating the members of the graduating class, Springate implored them to show compassion to those who don?t share their good fortune.

Graham Fraser
Graham Fraser, Canada?s Commissioner of Official Languages, was awarded an honorary doctorate during the convocation ceremony for the John Molson School of Business (JMSB).

During his address, the acclaimed author, journalist and defender of the language rights of official language communities touted the privileged position bilingual and multilingual graduates enjoy in the workplace and society.

Honorary doctorate recipient Graham Fraser at the podium during the John Molson School of Business ceremony. He was recognized for eloquently upholding the value of bilingualism and for his ongoing defence of minority language rights.

?If you have learned French, you have access to an extraordinarily vibrant, cultural, social and political society,? he said. ?If you have not, it?s not too late, and the very process of learning your second or third language will expand your horizons, increase your social and interpersonal skills and give you new perceptions."

Beyond the importance of acquiring a second or third language, Fraser chose not to impart much advice. Instead, he encouraged the graduates to go out and learn their own life lessons. He recalled being fired from a job, saying it was one of his best learning experiences. ?I learned as much, if not more, from failure as I did from success,? he said.

Darren Entwistle

The current president and CEO of TELUS, and Concordia alumnus, Darren Entwistle received his honorary doctorate during the second convocation ceremony for the John Molson School of Business.

From left to right: Concordia's President and Vice-Chancellor Frederick Lowy; honorary doctorate recipient and TELUS CEO, Darren Entwistle; Concordia's Chancellor, L. Jacques M?nard; Incoming Chair of Concordia?s Board of Governors, Normand H?bert Jr.

Entwistle encouraged the graduates to strive to become leaders in their chosen fields. ?Canada has a deep, deep need for the future leaders resonant in this room ? who are going to guide our nation?s development in an increasingly complex world,? he said.

But Entwistle also warned the graduates not to let their ambition stand in the way of their humanity. ?Be passionate about giving back to those in need,? he said. ?Volunteer your precious time and your skills towards building healthier, more vibrant and more caring communities.?

John de Chastelain

Addressing the graduating class of Concordia?s Faculty of Engineering and Computer Science, retired general and former ambassador to the United States, John de Chastelain remarked that as a history graduate, he admired them for having the smarts to receive a technical degree. ?You here are going to receive degrees that I was never clever enough to get, and I?m in awe of your achievement,? he said,

De Chastelain received his honorary doctorate in recognition of his significant contributions to conflict resolution, most notably in Northern Ireland. During his speech, he spoke of the one thing that came up again and again during his long career as a member of Canada?s Armed Forces and as a diplomat: his tendency to make too swift decisions or snap judgments and not take the time to consider that many issues have many sides to them.

Left to right: Honorary doctorate recipient General John de Chastelain with Concordia's President and Vice-Chancellor Frederick Lowy.

He recalled several incidents when his mind was made up about something, only for him to be pleasantly surprised at the outcome. When he was overseeing the decommissioning of arms in Northern Ireland, people wondered how he could sit down with paramilitary groups responsible for heinous crimes.

?The leaders of the IRA, Ulster Volunteer Force and the Ulster Defence Association, who had been responsible for these acts, were meeting with us because they wanted the killing to end, and they wanted the instruments of the killing to be put aside.?

De Chastelain said it took years of sitting down with the opposing groups to engender enough trust and confidence to achieve that end. ?So the first impressions may not always be exactly right.?

Since they are graduating into a world with innumerable problems, de Chastelain said it might be tempting for Concordia?s newly minted graduates to despair being part of the solution. But he argued that the technological know-how of an engineering and computer science education should serve them well, since so many of the problems demand technological solutions.

?You have gained qualifications today that will make you eminently suitable to meet those challenges,? he said, before encouraging them to try new things even though they may seem risky at first. ?If it?s not the thing you want, change. Hindsight?s 20/20. But it?s about the only thing that is.?

Gaston Kabor?
African filmmaking pioneer Gaston Kabor? may be the first honorary doctorate to burst into a song during a speech to a graduating class at Concordia. He sang a short song in his native tongue from his first film, Wend Kuuni (God?s Gift, 1982), and the crowd at the Faculty of Fine Arts convocation ceremony cheered loudly in appreciation.

Honorary doctorate recipient Gaston Kabor? presents the convocation address to the graduates of Concordia?s Faculty of Fine Arts.

During his address, Kabor? talked about the inspiration behind his filmmaking. He thanked the university for recognizing his efforts with an honorary degree, a gesture which he said touched him deeply.

In closing, Kabor? told the graduates, ?The most important thing is what you have in your heart and your soul. I?m counting on you to go further, and higher, to do better than I tried to do, and I?m counting on you to be the example for me, as I continue to make films, because after all, that?s all I?ve ever learned to do.

sexuality empowerment - How Do I Get More Confidence?

I have been teaching sexuality for so long and over the years when I ask people--women in particular--what they think they need in order to feel sexually empowered, without reservation, the number one answer I get the most is "I want more confidence" or "I want more sexual confidence." My conclusion? Most people want more confidence!

Coming from a place of insecurity, which is the opposite of confidence, doesn't feel good and usually does not get you what you want.

It's very hard, if not impossible, to create the relationships of your dreams from a place of insecurity. Without a healthy dose of confidence, you have a really hard time standing up for yourself or asking for what you need in your relationships, and sometimes you get walked all over because of it. Not fun.

It's hard to build a really successful business or career from a place of insecurity. If you are feeling frustrated because your career feels stagnant or you are playing small and not taking steps to do the work you feel you are here to do in the world the way to change it is to have the confidence to do it. It's so painful to watch how people play small and keep themselves from having their dreams.

It's hard to ask for the money you deserve from a place of insecurity. Maybe you want a raise, or you want to raise your prices if you have your own business and you lack the confidence to ask for what you know you are worth.

It's definitely hard to get the sex and the sexual satisfaction you want and deserve from a place of insecurity. You might be feeling sexually frustrated, not having orgasms, not feeling like you get as much from sex as your partners, or feel stuck in not being able to ask for what you need sexually and so you aren't getting it. I find that many people who are powerful in other areas of their lives, (particularly women) just lack the ability to get their needs met in the bedroom and often feel really small and dissatisfied there.

Confidence is often talked about like it's a pill you can take, or like it's something you acquire in one big shot and you are good. But it's not. It's something you have to work at. It's a process to develop confidence.

This is why I began to look at people's confidence and scrutinize how their confidence operates . . . I know from all my years of work that there are patterns around people's ways of expressing and using their confidence and I've learned a few things about what makes people tick, what their needs and fears are, and what will help them get to the next level in their life, love, work and play.

I developed the 5 Confidence Types? out of my work with people. You may have a clear dominant type or you might be a combination of types. Most people do have a dominant type that is your home base right now--your default or the place you are most comfortable, or uncomfortably comfortable. You can learn skills to help you bring more of the energy of some of the other types into your repertoire if you want that, and you can also work on understanding how your type operates so you know what to work on enhancing and what to be careful of.

I want you to find out what your Confidence Type? is! This is not a one-size fits all operation. We don't all operate with the same brand of confidence. We have varying strengths and vulnerabilities and I want to help you define where you are now and how to move your confidence to the place where you want to go. I am so excited about helping people build their confidence. I know how important the element of confidence is in your being able to create the relationships, professional success, and sexual life you want.

The response to the Confidence Quiz has been really overwhelmingly positive in what it is doing for individuals and in the conversations they are able to have with other people in their lives. Do yourself a favor and learn more about how your own confidence operates so that you can take more control of your life and start living the way you really want to because you have the confidence to do it!

Match Making For Boomers: What Are Filipinas Like?

One of the questions you will ask yourself when considering a trip to the Philippines is "what are Filipinas like?" it is always wise to equip yourself with enough knowledge of the culture, the people, hot spots, food, and so on, of a particular location before actually going there. Not only will this save you a lot of time, it will make your trip less stressful, too, not to mention, more exciting.

Filipino women are known for many things. Let's start with the physical aspects of a Filipino woman. If you are going to search through Philippine tourist blogs and Asian dating sites, you will see that there are physical features distinct to Filipino women - i.e. short stature, chinita eyes, flat nose, morena complexion. But the real beauty of a Filipina lies within.

Filipino women are among the most caring people in the world. If you're looking for some tender loving care, you'll find it in the hands of a Filipina. Indeed, if you decide to marry a Filipina, you can be almost certain that your everyday needs will be taken cared of - from your morning coffee to your vitamins, to practically anything.

Filipino women are gentle beings, but they are strong-willed. They have very strong principles when it comes to almost everything. You might have thought that with their frail exterior they can be easily taken advantage of, but don't be fooled. They are very tough inside and they can weather practically any storm that comes their way.

Filipino women are intelligent. Many of them excel academically while others are what you might consider as "street-smart". Many women can speak very good English. From the way they speak, you might think that English is their second language. So if you are from an English-speaking country you will not have any trouble communicating with a Filipina at all. That's really one problem off your back as you will not have to go through so much trouble learning the Filipino language, although of course being able to speak some Filipino words can work to your advantage. Filipinas find it really cute when foreign make an effort to say "Kumusta kayo?" (How are you?) or "Mahal ko kayo" (I love you).

Filipinas are a joy to be with. They have a happy disposition which radiates to people they're with. When they laugh, they do it with their whole heart, and you who are around a Filipina will have to laugh along even though you don't really understand what's funny.

I wouldn't say exactly that days when Filipina women are too conservative they wouldn't even talk to a stranger, more so if the stranger is from a foreign country are long gone. But Filipinas have indeed evolved into friendlier beings. They have become more open to relationships and friendship with foreigners. But of course it's one thing to befriend and Filipina and then expect her to become intimate with you in so short a time. Many Filipinas, while not conservative anymore, are still not that aggressive. If they will engage in an intimate relationship it is usually after getting to know the other party well enough.

Getting to know a Filipina is not difficult. Now that you have some ideas of what are Filipinas like, you can now start the first steps to befriending one.

Now Pay Close Attention Here: Do you dream of marrying a Filipina woman? Go chat with Filipina girls online right now. Also, be sure to read more tips on dating Filipino women from the Philippines at filipinofilipinaheart.com so you will know what you should do and should NOT do! Get Extra Money By Using Affiliate Marketing | Internet and Email ...

Many people are making significant extra cash by working with Website marketing. Many are unsure how they can successfully sell their selves on the net, however reading this article provides you with an idea. This article should be able to help you start making some extra cash with Website marketing.

Don?t discard your hard work when they don?t initially seem productive. In the event that something didn?t work a couple months back, it may work now.

Cutting edge trends arise every day over the internet; remain current and eventually you?ll start one of these trends. Preserve thoughts that didn?t work and learn from them and keep them in your mind in case they may be workable in the future.

One good way to create a contact list would be to create a lead capture page. This stimulates your site guests to supply their own current email address.

It could be a free promotional offer or perhaps a discount in return for their own email address and name. You?ll get another person on your own email and they will get a nice giveaway.

Provide some of your own profit to charity to encourage sales. The fact that you make these kinds of contributions should be commercialized in your web-site. It does not need to be an enormous percentage to see more sales.

Consider adding a blog to web pages that do not change on a regular basis. Search engines like google rank web pages with fresh content better, so if your website is not updated on a regular basis, your ranking will suffer. Also, you are able to include brand new tips to your visitors by having a weblog.

Offer customers with a time-sensitive incentive to place a purchase. A few examples of limited-time offers contain savings for the first five hundred buyers or free shipping for many who purchase over the following 7 days. Create a feeling of urgency by making it apparent when the offer ends.

It should be well-known that people feel admiration for those in authority in a business. Make sure that people recognize that your company has a leader, and you?re it. Try labeling yourself as ?CEO? or even ?President? of the business enterprise.

Promote business on popular internet sites online. Although you will have some cost involved, it will get you noticed. Choose a web page that gets a lot of site traffic, and this will help you get your name out there.

Be sure that the emails you send out to your mailing list are generally individualized. People are likely to believe that impersonal messages are absolutely nothing more than spam.
