2013 Ford Fusion Pictures and Review
2013 Ford Fusion makes life more expressive by burning fuel efficiently. Mid-size sedan using a 1.6-liter four-cylinder. Ford tries new breakthrough using 1.6 EcoBoost engine

start / stop system which is expected most economical in its class to record the consumption of 11.15 km / liter (combinations). One more 2.0-liter EcoBoost engine with paddle-

shift 6-speed. Fusion Hybrid for 2013 no longer uses the 2.5-liter engine. But using a 2.0-liter gasoline consumption 16.12 km / liter. Ford claims the Fusion Hybrid is more

efficient than the Toyota Camry Hybrid 2013 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid 2012 and 2011. Meanwhile, gasoline consumption Fusion Energy 2013 plug-in hybrid ready to 35.4 km / liter,

more frugal about 0.35 km / liter of the electric car. In fact, betting Ford Fusion plug-in hybrid is more efficient 2.83 km / liter and 4.6 km / liter of the Chevrolet Volt and Toyota

Prius plug-in hybrid. A number of new technologies implemented in 2013 as Information Fusion Blind Spot System (BLIS), Lane Keeping System.
With the new Fusion, Ford put more muscle behind its plans to increase gas mileage throughout the lineup, with more efficient gas engines and hybrid powerplants as well. Fusion

runs without a V-6 option this time, only gas engine offers a trio, two of them turbocharged, the most powerful generating 237 horsepower.
In front of the hybrid, the Fusion Hybrid will hit an mpg 47/44 is expected, easily surpassed even the newest Toyota Camry, and approached the EPA ratings of the Toyota Prius.

The next step from there: the plug-in Fusion Energy with 185 net horsepower and the ability to recharge the batteries of 110-volt power outlet in under four hours.
Fusion-style Insert new sheetmetal with a sleek interior is dominated by technology, including MyFord Touch system is improved. Safety equipment will include lane-keeping and

forward-collision system.
In the Hybrid, the electricity comes from a 2.0-liter Atkinson-cycle inline-four -- downsized from the 2.5-liter unit in the current Fusion Hybrid. Total output is estimated at 185 hp

and 130 lb-ft, ran to the front wheels through a continuously variable transmission is controlled electronically. Hybrid runs on 17-inch wheels wrapped in low-rolling-resistance

tires, and Ford expects the car to achieve up to 47 mpg in the city and 44 mpg on the highway. It not only bests the Hyundai Sonata Hybrid and Toyota Camry Hybrid, but also

got nearly Prius territory. Ford said that the Fusion Hybrid will be able to operate at speeds up to 62 mph without spinning machine.
In Fusion Energy uses the same powerplant at its core, but with a plug-in hybrid system that allows for a short amount of pure electric driving. At this writing, there are still many

unknown factors about the Fusion Energy -- a pure electric range, charging time, etc. -- but Ford expects energy to achieve up to 100 mpge (miles per gallon equivalent), which is 8

MPGe better than the Chevrolet Volt. The Fusion Energy should have a cruising range of about 500 kilometers.
No matter what the powertrain, interior Fusion 2013 is sure to impress. Though not as stylish as say the Sonata or Optima, Ford cabins are comfortable and elegant, combining

high amounts of soft-touch plastic material with lots of sound-deadening and nicely grained. We had the opportunity to sit in the Fusion pre-production early, and even then,

everything was spacious and comfortable, although the dip roofline leaves little to be desired in the way the rear headroom.
